Returns Policy
Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it.
- Refunds may take 3-5 business days to post to your original payment method.
Returns
- Our return policy lasts 30 days. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Non-returnable items include some health and personal care products.
Partial Refunds
- Granted for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, and returns made more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds Process
- We will notify you via email upon receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven't received your refund, check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If still unresolved, contact us at info@itemrealm.com.
Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items can be refunded; sale items cannot.
Exchanges
- We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 72 hours of receiving a defective product at info@itemrealm.com.
Gifts
- If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If not, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Shipping
- Email info@itemrealm.com to return your product. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Use a trackable shipping service for items over $75.
